Define Password Security Settings

TrafficLIVE controls the expiration dates of passwords and whether users can save their passwords locally. Your company's information security policy may dictate either or both of these settings. You use this procedure to define password security settings.

To define password security settings, complete the following steps:

1. Click Menu > Admin > Company Management.
2. Click Configure Company Details.
3. On the General tab, in the Security Settings section:
   • In the Password Expiry Days field, specify the length of time in days before the password expires. If you select 0, the password never expires.
   • In the Allow Saving of Passwords field, select Yes to allow users to save their passwords locally; select No if you do not want them to save their passwords locally.
4. Click Update Agency Details.
